The legal framework remains the reference and umbrella under which all commercial and service activities are involved. In our role, AACO provides the legal support through specialized offices, which fall into the following:
- Reviewing and confirming the soundness of the legal and financial position of companies in commercial contracts and confirming the effectiveness of the terms of commercial transactions and the soundness of the links in contracts in accordance with the commercial law and related laws.
- We also review and confirm the integrity of the legal and financial position of companies in service contracts and confirm the effectiveness of the terms of transactions and the integrity of the links in contracts in accordance with commercial law and relevant laws.
- Prepare employees work contracts and defining tasks and responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws.
